INSTALLING EFSRX38

A simple dos programme which allows you to be up-and running without complication.
It runs without windows and therefore is very fast to react

It only works with the ISA card.
The best way to use it is to install it on a floppy disk.
The following procedure sets that floppy disk up.
1) Insert an empty formatted floppy in you computer's A drive.
2) Select MY COMPUTER, left click on floppy, right click, left click on FORMAT,
check COPY SYSTEM FILES ONLY. Then START. You have now created a bootable floppy
3) Download EFSRX38INST.EXE to your documents folder or another folder of your choice
4) When downloading has finished double click on the file efsrxinst.exe
5) It will self extract to a new folder called EFSRX38FILES
6) In that folder double-click the file called INSTALL.BAT
7) The neccessary files of EFSRX38 version 3.6 will then be copied to your floppy automatically
8) Close the window.

To run EFSRX38 you just restart you computer with the floppy inserted.
Use the return key to change pages and the space bar to view the other half of the machine.
When you have finished with it just remove the floppy and restart your computer

For the adventurous, you can run it from the EFSRX38FILES folder by simply double-clicking
the file called AUTOEXEC.BAT instead of using a floppy. This leaves windows running in the background.
Windows can waste a lot of your computer's speed and may cause some loss of data in that mode.
